Donald Trump and his Republicans are STILL pushing his Big Lie – and even suggesting that Mike Pence had the power to BLOCK President Biden from taking office.

After all the GOP has done to attack our democracy, we need to STOP them in their tracks and make sure no one can EVER overturn the results of a free and fair election.

That’s why we’re FIRED UP about Democrats’ efforts to defend our democracy by reforming the Electoral Count Act to:

– Make it harder for states to CHALLENGE vote counts,
– Create guidelines for handling electors who OPPOSE election results,
– And clarify that the vice president has NO power to overturn election results!

This legislation would be a HUGE step towards protecting our democracy and preventing another insurrection from ever taking place.

And as Trump eyes a potential THIRD run for president, it’s clear we haven’t seen the last of his attacks on our democracy.
