Yes, Silicon Valley leads the way in innovation, and needs to prioritize
inclusivity when it comes to race, gender and background to create a more
equitable digital industry.

Yes, digital jobs are the wave of the future, and we can bring that wave
to areas which would have otherwise been left behind.

Yes, we can meet the digital age with curiosity, drive and a willingness
to learn, and keep the same traditional jobs our communities are centered
around.
