Happy Black History Month!

It is critical to consider the Black Americans whose lives, experiences, triumphs, and struggles have shaped our country, culture, and history, not just this month, but every day. We all collectively stand on the shoulders of giants.

I think of this often as I run for Congress to become the first Black representative to ever serve from the great state of Arizona. More diverse representation in Congress is critical, I hope you’ll consider contributing to my campaign for Congress.

This Black History Month, and every month, I ask that you join me in always fighting against inequities of all kinds so that we can create and ensure a more just world for all. As we channel the strength, perseverance, and wisdom of those who came before us, let’s commit ourselves to building a more prosperous future.
