“The Pelosi Congress (and its police department) is telling a
federal court it is immune from all transparency under law and is trying to
hide every second of its January 6 videos and countless emails,” stated
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Nearly $2 Mil to Study Impact of George Floyd’s
Death, COVID on Black Maternal Health
The nation’s medical research
agency claims preterm birth “can reveal a lot about how the traumatic
death of George Floyd and the stress of COVID-19 have played out in the
lives of pregnant Black women.” So, the U.S. government is spending
nearly $2 million to study the impact of “dual pandemics”—structural
racism exposed Floyd’s death and COVID—on black maternal health. The
research will be conducted by the same public university professor whose
taxpayer-funded work has already determined preterm births are
significantly higher among “Black birthing people” in
“over-policed” neighborhoods. The academic’s name is Rachel Hardeman,
a health and racial equity teacher at the University of Minnesota who
studied under Communists at Cuba’s government-run Escuela Latinoamericana
de Medicina in Havana.

Transgender Offender Manual Orders Prisons to Offer
Special Services, Bans “Mis-Gendering”
The Biden administration has

serving sentences in jails throughout the nation. The Department of Justice
(DOJ) issued the new guidelines a few weeks ago to ensure that the Bureau
of Prisons (BOP) “properly identifies, tracks, and provides services to
the transgender population.”

Another Secret Postal Service Program Spies on Citizens
by Hacking Cell Phones
Months after Judicial Watch sued
the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for information about a secret program that
tracks and collects Americans’ social media posts, more of the agency’s
controversial spy mechanisms are being exposed. The newly uncovered tools
are sophisticated hacking devices that can breach cell phones and the
USPS’s law enforcement arm, U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), has
utilized them hundreds of times in the last few years, according to a news
story that cites USPIS data buried in a lengthy agency report. The
questionable surveillance schemes appear to indicate that the government is
weaponizing the nation’s postal service to improperly spy on the citizens
who fund it.

CNS News
The
government watchdog group Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
for communications between then-CIA Director Gina Haspel and Chairman
of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley in 2020-21, which
reportedly involved the targeting of President Donald Trump.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a statement said, “It ought
to be disturbing to all Americans that the head of the CIA and the Chairman
of the Joint Chiefs were reportedly conspiring against the President of the
United States.
