You may know that a few years ago I was invited to speak at a libertarian conference in Uganda. I decided to take the trip and I am so glad I did. I learned a lot about what is going on in Africa, I made some new friends, and even found some amazing investment opportunities. But just because all of these great things can happen in Uganda, doesn't mean there isn't an unchecked government, oppressing its people daily.
