Hi,
This Valentine’s Day, gift those you care about something that will
outlive store-bought flowers or plastic-wrapped chocolates. By making
a donation to The Canopy Project in honor of your Valentine, your gift
will help to reforest areas in vital need, supporting both the local
community and the wildlife that inhabit these locations.
Give the gift of trees this Valentine’s Day
and choose from two eCard designs.
We’re excited about our investment
in The Canopy Project this year, with ambitious goals of planting
millions of trees in climate-vulnerable communities. These trees not
only revitalize the local ecosystem, positively impacting the species
that inhabit the area, but also greatly benefit the local community by
providing resources and income from fruit trees.
Tree planting in Uganda

The Canopy Project uses community-centered practices to reforest
areas in need across the world, employing a forest garden approach in
some communities, like Mount Elgon in Uganda, to also address food
insecurity and income inequality in addition to issues like habitat
loss and soil degradation. The community-based reforestation approach
provides local communities with training on how to plant and care for
trees, providing valuable education opportunities and fostering
community building.
The trees planted through your donation to The Canopy Project are a
lasting gift and greatly impact the lives of those in areas affected
most by deforestation, climate change, and other environmental issues.
Your gift provides meaningful economic opportunities, nourishment, and
empowerment within communities while restoring ecosystems around the
world.
Send your loved one a Canopy Project
Valentine’s eCard to reforest the Earth this Valentine’s
Day.
For the trees,
