Issue One organized nearly 100 national security leaders who sent a letter to the Senate urging action to secure our elections. These former members of Congress and top administration officials made clear that foreign interference in our politics is a national security emergency.

The national security leaders wrote: “We are alarmed at the lack of meaningful Congressional action to secure our elections. Unity in times of national crisis has long been a hallmark of American government. The current crisis is no exception.”
