The GOP just called January 6th a “legitimate political discourse.”

That’s a funny way to spell insurrection.

Republicans are refusing to call January 6th what it really was. They’re even going so far as to censure members of their own party who are working to uncover the truth.

This is all the more reason why House Democrats can’t give up on the investigation. We must protect our democracy at all costs.

Maintaining our razor-thin House majority come November is going to be tough. If history has taught us anything, it’s that the President’s party loses seats during the midterms, but we can’t let this disadvantage discourage us.

For the sake of our democracy, please chip in $25 or whatever you can to keep our Democratic majority, protect access to the ballot box, and hold insurrectionists accountable.
