John, women’s equality SHOULD be the law of the land. Two years ago, Virginia ratified the Equal Rights Amendment, becoming the 38th and final state needed to enshrine the Equal Rights Amendment into the U.S. Constitution.

But, because of a Trump-era legal memo blocking its recognition, we’re still fighting for the ERA to become codified into law. That’s why Carolyn is asking the important questions:
“What is so intimidating about treating women equally?” - Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney

There is absolutely no precedent for disregarding an already ratified amendment like the ERA from being codified into law.

A Trump administration legal memo is the only thing standing between our nation and equality enshrined in the Constitution. Carolyn knows that Congress must act immediately to make sure the ERA becomes the law of the land.

To put it simply, Republicans are scared to codify equal rights for women.

We need your support to re-elect Carolyn so that she can keep championing equality. Chip in $10 now→ [[link removed]]DONATE NOW [[link removed]]
