Justice for her. Justice for all.

Dear John,
We’re starting off another year with too many employers still denying pregnant workers basic, common-sense changes they need to stay healthy while on the job. Most accommodations are temporary and low-cost—as simple as allowing a water bottle at a workstation or providing a stool to sit on during a long shift. As the pandemic continues, it’s made the need for workplace accommodations for pregnant workers even more clear. That’s why we need congress to pass the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act NOW.
Tell Congress to prioritize the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act Today! [[link removed]]
Let’s put pressure on Congress to pass legislation supporting pregnant workers.
TAKE ACTION [[link removed]]
The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act would ensure pregnant workers get accommodations when they need them—and keep their jobs when they need that income most. We’ve been fighting for this bill for a decade, and we’re closer than ever before to making this law a reality. It’s past time for Congress to pass the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.
Pregnant workers can’t afford to wait a moment longer. Tell Congress that we need to ensure pregnant workers can get the temporary workplace changes they need [[link removed]] to stay healthy, like carrying a water bottle during a shift, getting properly fitting personal protective equipment, or getting a stool to sit on.

We can live in a world where pregnant workers don’t have to choose between a paycheck or their health.
Pregnant workers need workplace protections that enable gender equity, healthy pregnancies, and the economic security of pregnant and parenting women and their families. You can help make the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act a reality. Take action now. [[link removed]]
