The York Daily Record is reporting that “Pa. Republicans [are] 'close' to stopping abortions in state.”

The GOP has been working at this for decades — waging a systematic, cruel campaign across the country to overturn Roe and limit women’s right to choose. And with their latest scheme to limit access to abortion in Pennsylvania via a constitutional amendment, they might even be able to ban abortion outright in the future.

That’s what’s at stake in this election and the reality we’re working with — but we can do something about it, John. By electing a Democratic Governor who’s ready to fight back against Republicans, we can protect the right to choose.

Pennsylvanians depend on having access to reproductive health care — including abortion. We cannot let Republicans take that away from us. Can you chip in any amount today to make sure Democrats keep control of the Governor’s veto pen?
