We want healthcare, education, housing and a livable age for everyone.
Mike Thompson protects the systems that exclude people for profit.
We want to end US state sponsored violence.
Mike Thompson protects the system that makes violence profitable.
Let's get rid of the corporate employees that have our government working against us instead of FOR us.
I'm just a guy who struggles to make it every month, like you. If you haven't had a chance to contribute yet, but have been thinking about it, please do. We are going to have to come up with about $850 for our filing fee, but if each of you pitches in a few bucks, that should be easy.
Amnesty International has declared that Israel is an apartheid state, and it's about time! Please watch this video.
Please come join us as we honor the life of Willie McCoy. On February 9, 2019 at 5:00 PM at the Starbucks (it used to be Taco Bell) at 974 Admiral Callaghan Lane in Vallejo, Willie was murdered by Vallejo PD as he slept in the Taco Bell drive thru. It’s been 3 years since Willie was stolen and we want the entire community to come out to support his family, and hold vigil, as we continue to demand justice and prosecution of the Vallejo Police gang that plotted Willie’s death and executed him.
Ash Kalra protected state Democrat officials from having to go on the record on January 31 at the cost of providing everyone healthcare. Sad, Ash, that you're protecting party officials instead of the people you were elected to serve.
Nice job by Associated Press journalist Matt Lee for doing something government stenographers rarely do anymore- journalism. Check out the pushback.
The UN named Moscow the best city to live in as far as quality of life and infrastructure. But I thought Russia was a socialist hellhole and a dictatorship.
On February 2, President Biden made this statement, several statements actually, about ening cancer as we know it, and seemingly promising to cut cancer deaths in half within 25 years. What is he saying? That doctors could have been doing better, they just chose not to? Is he promising scientific advancements that may not come? He can't promise scientific advancements that don't already exist. It is incredibly offensive to manipulate the emotions of cancer patients and their families. If he really wanted to cut cancer deaths, he should support Medicare For All- something which he has sworn to veto. And why is he ignoring the pandemic that we are currently experiencing? This might be the worst thing I've ever heard him say. How disgusting to make these promises, knowing that he won't be in office to be held accountable if it doesn't happen.
As Denmark now joins the UK and Ireland in dropping all covid restrictions, Australia is locking people in covid internment camps and Canada is trying to mandate truckers' vaccines and vaccine passports. The only problem is the people won't take it. I am told that lamestream news is not reporting on this protest. In case you haven't heard of it, Canadian truckers are protesting mandated vaccines. They drove across Canada in what started as a 40 mile long convoy. The convoy was up to 73 miles long, the last I heard. They have shut down Ottawa, Canada's capital city. Today Ottawa declared an emergency because of the protests. Why aren't we out in the streets? It doesn't have to be mandates, we should be protesting economic inequality or the government trying to start a war with Russia or the fact that the government has had its surveillance practices ruled illegal by courts several times but doesn't end them.
Mike Thompson loves o post/tweet about gun violence, all the while doing absolutely nothing to improve the conditions that lead to street crime- poverty and lack of education, but always manages to leave out one aspect of the gun violence issue. There are over 1000 shootings every single year that get completely ignored by Mike Thompson and the gun violence crowd- these are the 1000 people that are killed by police every single year. A section of Europe with a comparable population has 1/20 of the number of people killed by police per year. Yes, American police kill TWENTY TIMES the number of people that police in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands combined. And what is Mike Thompson doing about? Working closely with law enforcement. You can hear his response to that question at a town hall in American Canyon in the video below.
