Friends,

Since the beginning of the year, California and Australia have been engulfed in flames and the Southeast has born the brunt of hurricanes. Extreme weather caused by climate change is the new normal around the world.

But as 2019 heads into the final stretch, we're still waiting on our legislators to take meaningful action.

Action on the climate crisis must begin here, with us. Here's how you can keep your state legislators accountable:
* Call your legislators. ([link removed]) We hope to make at least 50 calls!
* Email your legislators. ([link removed]) Lets make it to 100 emails.
* Post on social media tomorrow ([link removed]) to bring attention to our priorities!

In solidarity,
Vignesh Ramachandran

** We Need YOU For Mass Power Forward Lobby Day: Thursday Nov 14!
------------------------------------------------------------

350 Mass is part of Mass Power Forward, a coalition of groups fighting for climate action and clean energy, and we're organizing a critically important lobby day! On November 14, the Senate will hold a formal session and Senator Pacheco, a climate champion, will put a spotlight on senators who signed a New Years Resolution in January to agree to pass bold climate legislation in 2019. We need to pack the session and show our support! Meet in room 437 at 10 am. RSVP here! ([link removed]) The formal session will be from 11 am-1 pm, then we'll head back to room 437 to prepare to lobby on our Mass Power Forward bills.

TOMORROW, Wed, Nov 13, use this Social Media Guide ([link removed]) to amplify our voices on the internet!

More details will be released closer to the date. In the meantime, send questions to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) and RSVP here ([link removed]) .
