As a Presidential candidate, Biden pledged to appoint a Black woman to the Supreme Court if a vacancy opened. Now that Justice Breyer is stepping down, Biden has announced that he will make good on that promise. 

At HER Time, we stand with Biden 100% in this decision.

We need more women, including women on color, influencing high-level decisions in this country. With the conservative majority on the Court poised to overturn Roe v. Wade — which will have profoundly devastating effects especially on women of color — representation has never been more important.

To make a difference, we need to elect women candidates to office AND support them once they're there.

In 2022, we're fighting to reelect 16 pro-choice, pro-paid family leave, pro-democracy Congresswomen to office. Will you support their campaigns by chipping in now?
