Congresswoman Kathy Castor Endorses Andrew Learned in State House District 59!

Andrew's experience as an officer in the Navy and as a small business owner shows me that he is fighting for all Floridians. I am proud to endorse Andrew Learned for Florida House District 59.”

Andrew said he is proud and honored to receive the endorsement,

Andrew is a Navy Veteran of 10-years and three Middle East deployments. He owns GradePower Learning Valrico, a tutoring company that employs about a dozen teachers and helps local students reach higher in school. He's running for Florida House District 59 to represent the Brandon area, a seat Democrats flipped in 2018 when Andrew ran for Congress there. Andrew is seeking to fill the seat being vacated by Rep. Hattersley.
