It’s clear Ron Johnson was involved in the planning of the insurrection — and before that, he was the most vocal elected official to advance discredited theories of a “stolen election.” Johnson was serving as a clearinghouse for plots and plans to overturn American democracy and threaten the peaceful transfer of power.
He cannot avoid consequences any longer.
