Neil Gorsuch shouldn’t get to decide DREAMers’ futures.

Hello —

This morning, the Supreme Court heard a case that could ultimately decide whether DREAMers will be able to safely stay in the United States — the only home most of them have ever known.

Their lives are in the hands of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh — two illegitimate justices who joined the court by invalid processes, one occupying a seat stolen from President Obama, the other voted in after a sham confirmation process in which Senators and the American people were denied the truth about his history of sexual assault.

We don’t know yet how they’ll rule, but there’s no question that these two men shouldn’t have this power. We shouldn’t have to spend the next decade or two holding our breaths and praying that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh wake up one morning having grown a conscience.

There’s another, better way forward. Help us add seats to the Supreme Court to protect immigrant communities and everything else we care about.

Adding seats to the Court is a logical and legal way to counterbalance Gorsuch and Kavanaugh’s votes — votes Republicans won by scamming the system. We’ve changed the number of seats on the Supreme Court seven times in our nation’s history. This isn’t some fringe idea — presidential candidates like Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren are considering it. It’s time to speak up and make sure everyone knows that this is what we, the people, want.

700,000 DREAMers are anxiously waiting to find out whether they’ll get to stay in their homes, so we can’t afford to wait. Stand up for them by signing our petition to add seats to the Supreme Court.

We refuse to sit around and wait for justice. Join the movement and help reclaim the Court.

In solidarity —
