** Restoring Fairness

In September I set out clearly why the Northern Ireland Protocol needed to be rejected, and replaced with arrangements that respected Northern Ireland’s place within the United Kingdom.

Despite promising noises, talks between the UK Government and the EU have thus far failed to come to a conclusion - not because of a lack of time, but rather because minds do not seem to be focused on fixing our problems.

The time therefore has come for us to act and for the people to have their say.

Enough is enough. It is time for fairness to be restored.

Unionism must stand united and demand a better way forward for Northern Ireland.
