Earlier this evening, NC’s Supreme Court ruled that the GOP’s congressional and legislative drawn maps are an unconstitutional gerrymander.

We’ve seen Republicans do this before. These extreme maps were designed to give some voters more of a say than others and dilute the political power of voters of color.

This is an incredible victory for North Carolinians— but the fight to protect our democracy is far from over.
