When it comes to Border Security, Republicans need to stop the hand wringing and demand that Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas be impeached.
He has blatantly violated his oath of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution in a brazen dereliction of duty.
Impeach Mayorkas!
Last month, Border Patrol encountered 178,840 migrants – the highest December number in the history of DHS.
The month before? More than 174,000 illegal migrants -- the highest November number in history of DHS. And before that? More than 164,000 -- the highest October in history.
Last week, new video footage surfaced of illegal immigrants in Texas being taxied away to airports so they can fly–not home to their country of origin–but to different cities across America.
This is an OUTRAGE -- and we are paying for it!
In 2021 alone, U.S. taxpayers spent nearly $2.3 BILLION in detention, medical, and transportation costs of illegal immigrants.
We know that NGO "charities" that pay for plane tickets to fly illegals around the country are getting taxpayer dollars!
Congress must immediately take steps to secure our border, and then hold those responsible for this crisis accountable. Here are some of my basic solutions:
