Today, our courts prioritized parties over our people—and our progress—by ruling against voting by mail. Will you stand with us in the fight to protect our vote?

Friend, the Commonwealth Court ruled against voting by mail — so we’re taking a stand.

In 2019, Democrats and Republicans created a law allowing Pennsylvanians to vote by mail without an excuse. This legislation, while not perfect, made voting more accessible and became a critical way to protect our communities while preserving our democracy throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Republicans changed their minds when they realized that Act 77 helped more people vote more easily.

This much-needed reform was long overdue in making sure every voice is heard and every vote gets counted in our elections. But last week, our courts prioritized parties over our people — and our progress — by making it harder for us to vote.

That’s why it’s more important than ever that we defend our vote and fight for legislation that strengthens our elections — and our democracy. Friend, will you stand with us?

Your support — no matter the amount — will help us sustain the fight to protect our vote. Even a few dollars will go a long way to helping Pennsylvania Democrats ensure we get back on the road to progress, so please consider making a contribution if you’re able.

Thank you so much, friend. I truly appreciate your support.
