,
This Black History Month and every day of the year, we are working alongside our Black allies to fight for fundamental human and civil rights for everyone in this country. As an organization fighting for immigrant justice and racial justice, we know that immigration is also a racial justice issue impacting Black immigrants. We will continue to call upon the Biden administration to dismantle anti-Blackness in our immigration system.
No one is free until we’re all free. When we center Black voices, we are able to make change for all of our communities.
Black immigrants are disproportionately harmed by policies like Title 42 and "Remain in Mexico,” which have systematically denied asylum to those who need it most. In partnership with our allies at Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI), UndocuBlack Network, Haitian Bridge Alliance, and other organizations, join us in advocating for Black immigrants by signing our petition to end unacceptable policies like Title 42 and “Remain in Mexico” >>>
Being an ally requires action. That’s why we must continue to hold this administration accountable by supporting Black immigrants in the struggle to secure our fundamental human rights.
