I want to tell you why I’m the candidate that can beat Rand Paul.
After you finish reading my explanation — I hope you can chip in $5 to support our grassroots campaign. This election is the best chance we’ve had in years to turn Kentucky blue and with your help, we can get the job done.
I’m not the first person to run against Rand Paul. Plenty have tried, but Rand has remained in power for over a decade despite neglecting his duty to legislate for the people who elected him.
Why? Well first off, Rand has a lot of rich friends who are happy spending millions in dark money donations if it means Rand will help protect their interests in Congress. Second, Rand knows that most Kentuckians aren’t happy with his work. So he’s worked very hard to disenfranchise our votes and suppress our voices.
That means if we want to replace Rand Paul, we need to build a widespread, diverse grassroots coalition of voters. We need to organize in every corner of Kentucky and center our conversations around the challenges too many families in Kentucky face right now.
I’m ready to be that candidate. Mostly because I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle. I’ve lived in poverty. I’ve been unhoused. I’ve lost family members to gun violence. I am still paying off my student loans.
That’s why this campaign is proud to advocate for the priorities of working people. It’s clear seeing the growing momentum on the ground for our campaign that Kentucky is hungry for this kind of meaningful change.
My story is the story of millions of Kentuckians who are sick and tired of politicians who continue to ignore us. I know that together, we have the power this election to replace Rand Paul and make history here in Kentucky. But I need your support to make this future possible.
