With voters turning their backs on Henry Cuellar due to his refusal to support progresssive policies along with him being investigated by the FBI, progressives like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are lining up to send Jessica Cisneros to Congress.
But we can’t bet our chances of winning simply because voters are questioning Cuellar’s ability to lead and his ties with foreign interests. He just released his FEC report and has $2.3 million in campaign cash, thanks to his corporate donors.

Henry Cuellar claims to be a “Democrat”, but his actions say otherwise:

He received hundreds of thousands of dollars from Republican donors and national conservative groups.

He campaigned for a Tea Party Republican Congressman facing a Democratic woman right here in Texas in the 2020 Election.

He’s against a person’s right to choose and voted against the Women’s Health and Protection Act (WHPA) that would have codified Roe v. Wade into federal law.

And he’s voted with Trump nearly 70% of the time while he was in office. He voted Trump’s way on immigration, guns, and a border wall. It’s no wonder Cuellar is dubbed as Trump’s favorite Democrat, John!
