John, the Biden Border Crisis has allowed more than 2 MILLION illegal immigrants to flood across our southern border since Biden took office, impacting my home state of Texas the most. This illegal immigration crisis has threatened our safety and has allowed dangerous drugs like fentanyl to spread into our communities, killing Americans. Now, we learned that the Biden Administration has been secretly releasing single adult male illegal immigrants throughout our country. These illegal immigrants cross our border, are dropped off by the government at Texas airports, and then put on flights to communities throughout the United States. I do not say this lightly: Joe Biden’s deliberate refusal to enforce America’s immigration laws is an impeachable offense. The most basic duty of the President of the United States is to execute the laws passed by Congress. Joe Biden is flagrantly refusing to uphold his constitutional duty by letting illegal immigrants into our country and then aiding in their release across America. TELL JOE BIDEN TO SECURE OUR BORDER And remember, these are not children, these are not family units. These are single adult males, many of whom have criminal records, being transported to the airport by our government and given plane tickets to cities across the country. There is no law justifying this or provision in our immigration code that allows this. We need an investigation and we need accountability. But Nancy Pelosi refuses to hold hearings to investigate this. She refuses to bring legislation to the floor that would re-implement President Trump’s border security policies. That’s why this is the most important midterm election in recent memory. If Republicans take back the House of Representatives, if we fire Nancy Pelosi, we will investigate the Biden Administration’s failure to secure our border. We will pass legislation to undo the damage done by Biden’s border crisis. But we cannot do this without you. That’s why I’m asking for your support, John.
