- Distinguished Public Official/Agency (Which public official or agency has been in our corner and pushes with us for affordable housing solutions?)
- Inspirational Non-Profit Leader (Know a houser who is extra motivating and inspiring in their work?)
- Partners in Community Development (Who has gone that extra mile in a community development role?)
- Philanthropic Leader (Who has been extra generous lately?)
- Private Sector/Business Leader (Someone in the business community who is setting a great example for our field)
- Rising Star (A new burgeoning houser!)
- Unsung Hero (A behind-the-scenes houser! Or a role that is not traditionally recognized formally!)

- Advanced racial equity and equitable outcomes
- Empowered and inspired the community around them
- Led our work forward with innovation, collaboration, and inclusiveness
- Strengthened our movement through their advocacy work
- Centered COVID response and recovery around racial equity
- Aligns with NPH’s organizational and program priorities and values
