Indigenous Peoples and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
While the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is beneficial to all global citizens, only the full and effective participation of Indigenous Peoples in the development, implementation, monitoring and the review process of action plans and programs on sustainable development at all levels, will provide an opportunity for the fulfillment of the rights of Indigenous Peoples, as prescribed by the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. Our Indigenous Rights Radio programs highlight the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's), and we emphasize the importance of  participation of Indigenous Peoples. The radio programs are based on SDGs  2,4,8,13 and 17 in English, Spanish, Afrikaans (spoken in Southern Africa), K'iche' (spoken in Guatemala), and Sunuwar (spoken in Nepal).
