Every day, we are bombarded with astonishing headlines coming out of the White House. With the near constant attacks on our institutions and values, it's easy to feel exhausted.

I'm proud to be working with my Senate Democratic colleagues to protect healthcare, demand accountability from this administration, and improve the lives of Americans. But with everything happening, I want to make sure that your voice doesn't get lost in all the noise.

We cannot lose focus. We are facing some of the most serious issues of our time like defeating climate change, ending gun violence, and ensuring that everyone has access to affordable health care.

Despite the obstruction of President Trump and Majority Leader McConnell, we are making progress for Americans in the U.S. Senate. But as we prepare for the fights ahead, I need to make sure that I'm hearing from you too.
