Be sure to submit resolutions, bylaws changes, and local council nominations by February 16. We'll have a discussion period in which amendments to resolutions and bylaws changes can be collected, candidates for Local Council prepare statements on their goals or organizing principles for 2022. Make sure to register for Convention too and attend on Saturday, March 19 from 1 PM to 4 PM.

Seattle DSA members plan to collect signature to help get Stephanie Gallardo for Congress onto the ballot. To get Stephanie on the ballot, we have until mid-May to collect 1740 valid signatures from voters living in the 9th Congressional District which includes Bellevue, South Seattle, Renton, Tukwila, Burien, and Federal Way. We can easily meet this target if 174 volunteer collects just 10 signatures on one sheet. This will also help spread the word about the campaign. Sign up here and volunteers will mail you the signature form along with instructions, contact info in case you have questions, and a postage-paid envelope.
