Hey John,
My name is Hannah, and I’m Ashley Ehasz’s campaign manager. As a woman and a Pennsylvania Democrat, I was thrilled to join this campaign to elect Ashley, a Democrat and combat veteran who would be the first woman in this seat, to replace Republican Brian Fitzpatrick and finally flip PA-01 blue.
Ashley is bold, caring, and unafraid to stand up for our democracy and fight for our best interests in Washington, D.C. As someone who grew up in a financially unstable household that was impacted by substance abuse and mental health issues, Ashley knows what it's like to struggle, and how critical our government can be in providing a safety net to lift us up.
Ashley will do what it takes to bring good-paying union jobs, affordable healthcare and low prescription drug prices, and high quality public education to our communities — and she’ll do it while defending our right to choose and our voting rights from GOP attacks.
Unlike Brian Fitzpatrick — who’s put partisan interests above the needs of his constituents — Ashley will be a true fighter for PA-01. But first, we need to get her on the ballot for the primary election in May!
This is a people-powered campaign, and that means we’re counting on volunteers to help us spread the word about Ashley through activities like collecting nomination petitions, knocking on doors, making phone calls, signing postcards, and more!
You can make a huge difference on this campaign. Sign up to volunteer today and we’ll be in touch with opportunities to get involved!
