Team — On Sunday, twice-impeached former President Donald Trump said the quiet part out loud:

In a statement issued on Sunday night, Trump falsely claimed that “Mike Pence did have the right to change the outcome, and they now want to take that right away. Unfortunately, he didn't exercise that power, he could have overturned the Election!”

This statement is a dangerous continuation of the Big Lie that Donald Trump and his cronies have been telling since Election Day in 2020. Trump also said that if elected President again, he would consider pardoning anyone prosecuted for their involvement in the January 6th insurrection. On top of that , Trump called for his supporters to launch protests if any action is taken against him by prosecutors in certain major cities where Trump is currently under investigation.

At the same time, Trump is holding rallies around the country ahead of this year’s midterm elections, setting the stage for a second run at the White House in 2024.

Trump’s intentions are clear, folks. Now, we need to send a clear message to Trump and his allies that they don't stand in a chance in 2024 by delivering a Democratic victory in November.
