Should the FCC take action to protect our health from cell phone radiation?
[[link removed]]

Friend –

Cell phone use – and exposure to radiofrequency radiation – can harm male fertility, according to a new study. Researchers found cell phone use is linked to reduced sperm quality – its motility, viability and concentration. And it’s worse for men with “high” cell phone usage.

Radiofrequency energy, emitted by wireless devices like cell phones, has been linked to developmental, neurological and cognitive harms, and has even been linked to an increased risk of brain and heart cancer. But the U.S. government’s rules on radiofrequency are woefully outdated.

That’s why last year, EWG published our own science-based limits to protect our health from radiofrequency radiation emitted by wireless devices like cell phones. The result? EWG’s limits are 200 to 400 times lower than what the federal government allows.

There’s no question we need more research on radiofrequency radiation. Can we count on you to take EWG’s quick survey on cell phone radiation today? Your response will help us advocate for better FCC standards and support our cutting-edge research.
