Jack, sign the petition: Urge President Biden to nominate a progressive Black woman to the Supreme Court.

SIGN THE PETITION

With the retirement of Justice Stephen Breyer, President Biden will make his first nomination to the Supreme Court.

Since the creation of the Supreme Court in 1789, America has had 115 justices, and 108 have been white men. Having a diverse Supreme Court is crucial for promoting a justice system that is fair, especially as they rule on topics and cases ranging from abortion to affirmative action.

It is critically important that President Biden swiftly nominate a progressive Black woman who can lead the Supreme Court and our country in a new direction. Biden has promised to do just that, and now we must hold him to that pledge.

Sign the petition: Urge Biden to follow through on the pledge to nominate a Black woman to the Supreme Court.

SIGN THE PETITION

With several extremely important issues pending before the Supreme Court, including cases on abortion rights, affirmative action, climate change, and voting rights, we need to make sure that President Biden acts quickly and puts forth a nominee who brings inclusivity to the Court and helps ensure a well-rounded and thorough understanding of the docket before it.

Sign the petition urging President Biden to stick to his word and nominate a progressive Black woman to the Supreme Court.
