Joe Biden insists that the next nominee to the Supreme Court MUST be an African-American woman.

Despite a recent ABC/Ipsos poll showing that 76% of Americans believe that Joe Biden should consider “all possible nominees,” Biden promises to only consider replacing Justice Breyer with an African-American woman.

Biden’s insistence on a race and gender litmus test is ridiculous.

He is blatantly discriminating against MOST potential nominees.

If you’re a man, you’re out.

If you’re Asian, or Hispanic, you’re out.

If you’re a white woman, you’re out.

In no other employment context would we tolerate this kind of discrimination.

America is so incredible because the content of your character is the most important thing about you... NOT the color of your skin.

But obviously Joe Biden disagrees.

He is sending a message to all Americans that the color of your skin is so important that he’s willing to deny some the most qualified candidates in exchange for someone with the “right” gender and race.

This is a disgusting departure from what Martin Luther King preached on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial all those years ago.

Perhaps worst of all, whichever jurist Biden does select to be on the Supreme Court will forever be branded as a “diversity hire” even if she is supremely qualified.

What an incredible disservice to his future nominee!

And, ultimately, that will be ALL Biden’s fault for politicizing and racializing the Supreme Court nomination process.

You see, John, we all recognize the significance of judicial nominations. Judges and justices hand down rulings that can impact millions of people’s lives.

But Biden doesn’t care.

All he wants is to satisfy the woke mob…to score political points.

It is maddening to see Biden make a mockery of the nomination process.
