Congress is broken for working people.
That’s a fact we’ve been reminded of far too often over the last year, as the Democratic majorities we sent to Congress struggle to deliver on their promises and pass legislation that would improve our lives.
But for the corporate PACs and lobbyists seeking to maintain the status quo? Congress is working just fine.
They’ve watched over the last few years as we’ve helped elect a growing number of Working Families champions to Congress. They’ve seen voters in district after district reject candidates from the corporate wing of the Democratic Party in primary challenges and open seat fights alike.
