President Biden got elected by promising he would be the "most pro-union" president ever.

Words are one thing, but they won't deliver for workers like action.

That's why we're asking you to join us in asking President Biden to keep his word by nominating a pro-union champion to a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court. Corporate Democrats are already lobbying for their nominees, he needs to hear your voice!

With wealth inequality at levels not seen since the first gilded age (we are living through the second), the last thing American workers need is another anti-labor Justice actively opposing the very labor protections this administration is working to uphold and expand.

The appointment of a union-buster to the Supreme Court will send a clear message where the president's loyalty truly lies. If he wants to succeed in November, he needs to stand with workers now.
