Hello there,

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is before the Supreme Court today, as lower courts have blocked Trump's 2017 decision to end this program and destroy communities.

Now, Trump's two appointed justices, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, could hold the swing votes that determine the future of DACA recipients. Nearly a million people have relied on this program, allowing them to seek employment, to work, and to contribute tax dollars as active members of our communities.

They are our neighbors, friends, and family members. They are our teachers, co-workers, and strangers on the street worthy of safe and happy lives.
