The Supreme Court plays a critical role in enforcing climate policy. Our Justices help protect public lands, uphold the progress of Democratic administrations, and defend our democracy.

We NEED a Justice who will stand up for a clean-energy economy.

We already know what Mitch McConnell and his crew want. Think slow-walking the nomination all the way to 2024.

We refuse to let McConnell reinvent this process so he can have another Amy Coney Barrett or Brett Kavanaugh on the court thwarting progress for another lifetime.

We need more data from our grassroots team to know where you stand: Should the Senate only confirm a justice with a strong record on clean-energy policy?
