Social Justice Podcast
Do you have a passion for social justice? Or maybe you want to learn more about it? Green Trails United Methodist Church is excited to launch their new social justice ministry with a podcast. Each topic will include a podcast interview, a small group book study and a community event. The focus is on learning the systems of inequity, how our faith informs us, and things that can be done to help make a more equitable society. The current episode is an interview with Heather Fleming, of In Purpose Education, on racism and diversity. The podcast: “Coffee & Conversation, A Faith and Social Justice Podcast with Amanda Hughes” can be found on Apple Podcast or Spotify. For more information email mailto:[email protected] [email protected] or go to the church's website: [link removed] www.umcgt.org.

First Aid for Mental Health
Wespath has developed resources to promote the First Aid for Mental Health sessions in March. There are bulletin inserts, social media graphics and posts, a presentation slide for worship, text for an e-mail and more. On a computer, you can find it all on the upper-right side of the [link removed] First Aid for Mental Health event page. Below the bio for the First Aid for Mental Health facilitator, you will find a [link removed] video commercial you also can share.
