Last week, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer announced he would soon be retiring from his position on the nation’s high court. Our national government is now tasked with the job of filling his empty seat. In this eLesson, students will examine the process of selecting a new Justice and form their own ideas on what makes an ideal candidate for a member of the Supreme Court.

This week we're asking students "Should the Supreme Court Have Term Limits? ([link removed]) " The top answer for each side will win a $25 gift card and the chance to win the grand prize of $1,000 at the end of the school year.
