Mindfulness practices and activities can support children with stress management, increase focus, improve self-control, decrease levels of anxiety and provide overall well-being. These kits will give children the tools to build self-esteem and skillfully approach challenges.

Help kids learn about the magic of circuits and electricity through this colorful activity. You and your group can provide all the materials to inspire the next generation of artist-engineers. Assemble all the pieces for a student to create the final light-up project.

Teaching children how to plant seeds is teaches them about gardening and how essential sustainable food practices are for our community. Garden Kits include an egg carton for planting, dirt, seeds and planting instructions for the junior gardener.

Bring books to life by decorating brown paper bags to get kids excited about reading. Stuff the bag with a book, reading tips for parents, age-appropriate worksheets and a caterpillar bookmark kit. This activity can accommodate any number of volunteers.
