• Adding more resources to our highly successful election integrity work. We are pursuing “clean the voter rolls” lawsuits in four states…and after issuing new “warning notices” to 14 counties and five states, we anticipate more (and successful!) new lawsuits in the very near future.

• Aggressively moving forward with exposing the extent of taxpayer-funded Critical Race Theory teaching, and our groundbreaking civil rights lawsuits on behalf of teachers fired because they dared to criticize it. We are also challenging illegal policies that discriminate on the basis of race, and recently won a huge court victory in Asheville, NC, which in response to a Judicial Watch lawsuit quickly ended its indefensible “blacks only” scholarship program.

• Continuing to confront and expose the Biden Border Crisis as well as our legal challenges against illegal “sanctuary” policies that unlawfully prohibit local police from cooperating with federal immigration authorities. The radical Biden open borders agenda must be exposed as we also engage in our independent legal efforts to overturn illegal sanctuary policies – like our lawsuit against a deadly sanctuary policy in Santa Clara County (San Jose), California.

But there is so much more work to do to combat voter fraud, address the illegal immigration crisis, and fight for your right to know what our government is up to with a number of policy issues in the year ahead. 

And we need additional help to get these jobs done…and done right. Now more than ever Judicial Watch is the one conservative and “rule of law” institution in Washington that Americans can rely on to stand firm for our Republic.
