When I became a Senator, I was underestimated. The GOP called me the “accidental Senator” and doubted my ability to deliver for Coloradans.
Now, I’m running for reelection and this cycle I secured tax cuts for working families; helped keep nearly 4 million kids out of poverty; and secured critical investments in our roads, bridges, and internet infrastructure for Colorado.
I was once underestimated, so I know doubting your opponents is a mistake and this won't be an easy race. The National GOP has raised over $75 million to flip states like Colorado and continue obstructing our progress at every turn. We’re up against Mitch McConnell’s warchest, eight opponents, and soon millions of dollars worth of attack ads.
But I’ve seen this grassroots team step up in critical moments, including my last midterm election that I won by a hair. In the months leading up to Election Day, we’ll need to hire and train organizers, quickly respond to attacks, and mobilize voters statewide.
