Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester is a key co-author of the Competes Act that is aimed at addressing and resolving supply chain issues that families across America are dealing with right now with historic investments in research and in providing America’s workers with 21st Century skills to bring technology manufacturing back home – creating good-paying union jobs in the process.
