** February Outreach (2/12 - 2/13)

Our unhoused neighbors need our help during this winter. The City shelters have run out of beds, and supplies have run thin. In response, citizens have established pop-up shelters to keep people warm and safe through these cold months.

This month, we are asking STLYD to sign up for a shift at the Safe Haven shelter (3050 Olive St) on February 12 and February 13. We would like to invite any members or non-members to participate in our efforts, just sign up for a shift using the link below.

If you are unable to donate your time, please consider donating supplies. To find out what items the shelter is in need of, click this link ([link removed]) . Supplies can be dropped off at any time from now until February 13 at 4431 Oakland Ave.

** February Meeting (2/17)
------------------------------------------------------------
Redistricting is a once-in-a-decade process, and whether that means you have a new State Representative or that the balance of Congresspersons from our state shifts, redistricting will mean something to you! Our next virtual panel will be led by St. Louis County Redistricting Commission Co-Chair and St. Louis County NAACP President, John Bowman. Join us on February 17 from 7:00pm-8:30pm CST on Zoom to learn about the redistricting process and how the new lines affect our state and its residents.

As always, this meeting is open to members and non-members, but you must register to attend.
