Hey y'all! Here's what's going on with the Chapter this week:
- Join us and our comrades from fellow New Orleans socialist organizations FRSO, CPUSA, and PSL for a rally against war with Russia this Saturday at 12PM in Lafayette Square! Another imperialist war will only enrich capitalists, while workers - American, Russian, and Ukrainian alike - will pay the price. So join us on Saturday and make your voice heard!
For more information on what's happening in Ukraine, read the DSA International Committee’s full statement here.

What can religious traditions bring to the left? Next Wednesday at 7PM, National DSA's Religion and Socialism Working Group will hold the first in a series of conversations bringing together religious socialists from a range of traditions to discuss the intersections of their spirituality and politics. Open to religious and non-religious comrades alike, we will discuss the importance of religious people on the left and the ways in which faith and socialism can be mutually informed. RSVP here!
Solidarity,
New Orleans Local Council

New to DSA? Check out our chapter's new member resources here. If you've got any questions about how to get involved or the work our chapter is doing, give us a shout at [email protected].
Not yet a member? The most important tool that the working class has is organization. We're strong when we fight together. We have to build a durable, mass political organization to wield the kind of power we need to win real change in our society. If you aren't a dues-paying member of DSA yet, join today!
