This five-part plan — the Civics Legislative Agenda — is aimed at boosting local election turnout, reforming our campaign finance rules, ending corruption, and making it easier for every Philadelphian to vote.

John, only about 1 in every 4 Philadelphia voters participates in municipal elections. To keep our city moving forward we must bring more people into the political process.
