Did you hear the news? Earlier this week a fifth District Attorney rejected the findings of Tish James’ sham report against Governor Cuomo.

The Oswego District Attorney concluded that – despite what the Attorney General said – no laws were broken and there was no case to bring. You can read all about it here.

He joins the Nassau, Westchester, Manhattan and Albany DAs who all reviewed the ‘work’ of who is supposed to be the top lawyer in the state and rejected her findings as out of hand.

This comes after Team Cuomo uncovered evidence that the AG and her ‘independent’ reviewers ignored clear instances of blackmail and witness intimidation because it benefitted their conclusions, suppressed information that undercut and invalidated accusations made against Governor Cuomo, and held back until the very last minute interview transcripts that directly contradicted her report.

There’s a name for this behavior and it's called prosecutorial misconduct.

From the beginning we said this was a political ploy to advance Tish James’ own aspirations to be Governor and - as predicted - she jumped right into the race, only to end her campaign because she refused to answer a single substantive question about this miscarriage of justice.

But, as the DAs – who happen to be both Democrats and Republicans and from upstate and downstate – reject her findings, and more and more New Yorkers continue to learn the truth, these questions aren’t going away.

Neither are we.
