  Deadline Approaching: Tell the EPA to move swiftly to protect our waters!

Right now, we have a critical opportunity to speak out in support of important protections for our waters. Back in April 2020, the Trump administration severely weakened clean water protections — ignoring science and the law by eliminating federal protections for millions of miles of streams and tens of millions of acres of wetlands under the Clean Water Act.

Two courts have now invalidated Trump's dangerous Dirty Water Rule, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers have announced a proposal to codify this repeal and put in place previous protections while they work towards developing a stronger replacement rule. We must protect the waters our communities and our health depend on.
