Black history is American history. For the month of February Hunger Free America will be highlighting influential Black figures who fought against poverty and racial inequality, and fought for equal access to nutritious food.
Our Strategic Volunteer Initiatives Department connects individuals with high impact volunteer work addressing the root causes of hunger. This includes community outreach, phone banking for food access, and policy advocacy. You can learn more about our volunteer opportunities HERE.
